Terms Shopping with no closing time? We love it! Simply, add your chosen items to your shopping basket and once you have finished your selection, go to “Checkout” and we will then ask you for a few details to complete your order. We will confirm receipt of your order by email and you will receive an invoice (our contract with you) with your goods.

Privacy Policy Ordering from us is totally secure; we do not store your card details and we will never disclose your details to third parties other than those needed during the payment/order fulfilment process. We would like to keep you updated on all the lovely new things at Boutique Bride so we will add you to our mailing list but we won’t be offended if you choose not to receive mailings from us, just drop an email to info@boutiquebride.co.uk and we’ll remove you, no problem at all.

Shopping and Delivery We love to shop as much as you do and we know you’ll appreciate effortless payment and prompt delivery. So we accept debit/credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo (all prices are in UK Pounds Sterling, inclusive of VAT) and you will receive your order within 5 working days (standard delivery is £4.95, currently UK only). If you require delivery sooner than this, please let us know and we will have a word with our postman.

Refunds and Cancellations We can't imagine you'll be anything less than delighted with your purchase but if it isn't quite right return it to us within 14 days and we will happily refund you (sorry, we do not pre-pay returns). The only exceptions are earrings, personalised goods, cakes and favours. You may cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet been despatched (usually 1-2 days after placing order).
